Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Player”) and Gameroz, operated by Airtech Grow. By accessing or using our platform via the app or website (www.gameroz.pro), you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you should not access or use Gameroz.


1. Eligibility

To use Gameroz, you must be at least 18 years old. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not permit accounts for individuals under 18, and any such account will be terminated.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account using your valid email, mobile number, and password. You may also enter a referral code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Skill-Based Gameplay

All games and battles on Gameroz are 100% skill-based. There is no element of chance, betting, or gambling. Only real human users are allowed to participate — bots or automated tools are strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • The signup bonus of ₹10 is a promotional amount and cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹50.
  • Withdrawals are only allowed from real balance earned through gameplay.
  • All deposits are final and non-transferable.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • A user made a deposit by mistake.
  • No real game or battle was played using the deposited amount.
  • The user submits a refund request via email to help@gameroz.pro within 24 hours of the transaction.

No refunds will be entertained once any real battle/game has been played with the deposited balance.

6. Fair Play Policy

Gameroz is committed to maintaining a fair and competitive environment. The following activities are prohibited:

  • Using bots or scripts to play.
  • Using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Any form of cheating or exploiting bugs.

Violation of fair play policies may result in suspension or permanent ban of the user’s account without any prior notice or refund.

7. Data Collection and Usage

We collect personal data such as name, email, phone number, UPI ID, and gameplay behavior. All data is securely stored using Firebase. We use this data to:

  • Enable login and account management.
  • Process transactions and maintain user wallets.
  • Prevent fraud and ensure fair gameplay.

8. Data Deletion

Users may request account deletion by emailing us at help@gameroz.pro using their registered email ID. The request must include the reason and user details. Requests are processed within 7 working days.

9.KYC Required

1. Purpose of KYC is mandatory for fraud prevention, fair gameplay, and secure withdrawal of winnings. Your Aadhar Card and PAN Card are used to verify your identity and comply with applicable laws.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions
  • Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Use abusive or inappropriate behavior within the app

11. Changes to Terms

Gameroz may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.

12. Limitation of Liability

Gameroz shall not be held liable for any loss of data, earnings, or damage caused by technical failure, misuse of the app, or gameplay decisions made by the user. Users participate at their own risk.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
