Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs how deposit transactions and refund requests are handled on the Gameroz platform, owned and operated by Airtech Grow. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. No Refund After Game Participation

Once a user has participated in any real-money battle or contest on Gameroz, the amount deposited becomes non-refundable under all circumstances. Refunds are not applicable after a game is played.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following condition:

  • The user has deposited money into their Gameroz wallet.
  • The user has not played any real-money game after making the deposit.
  • The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the deposit.

In such cases, the user must email us a refund request from their registered email ID along with a valid reason.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, send an email to help@gameroz.pro with the following details:

  • Subject: Refund Request
  • Full Name (as registered on Gameroz)
  • Registered Email Address
  • Deposit Transaction ID
  • Amount Deposited
  • Reason for Refund

Our team will verify the request and respond within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellations

Once a deposit is successfully made, it cannot be canceled from the user’s end. However, if there is a duplicate or unauthorized transaction, please contact our support team immediately for review.

5. Disqualification from Refunds

You will be disqualified from receiving a refund if:

  • You have already used the deposited amount to play any real-money battle or tournament.
  • You provide false or misleading information during the refund process.
  • You attempt to abuse the refund policy repeatedly.

6. Bonus Refund Policy

Any signup or promotional bonus (such as ₹10 bonus) provided by Gameroz is non-refundable and non-withdrawable. Bonus amounts are provided to help users explore the platform and are not eligible for refunds.

7. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Gameroz team. The company reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the criteria above and internal investigation.
